Thank you for choosing DilConnect. We aim to provide a smooth and valuable experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our subscription plans and paid services.

1. No Refund on Subscription Purchases

All payments made for DilConnect Premium, add-ons, or any paid feature are final and non-refundable.

Once activated, refunds are not provided due to:

• User decision to stop using the service
• Failure to find a match
• Personal dissatisfaction or preference
• Change of mind

2. Non-Transferable Services

Paid plans and services cannot be transferred to another account or individual under any circumstance.

3. Exceptions for Technical Errors

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment is charged
• Payment is deducted but service not activated

Required details:

• Payment receipt / Transaction ID
• Registered phone number or email

After verification, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4. No Guarantee Policy

DilConnect provides a platform to connect people.

We do not guarantee:

• Replies from users
• Successful matches or compatibility
• Relationships or outcomes

5. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal but does not refund the current billing cycle.

Premium features remain active until the subscription period ends.
